Israel's Coastal Plain is a strip of land along the Mediterranean coast.

It runs from the Lebanese border in the north, all the way down to the Gaza Strip in the south. The flatness of the plain is interrupted by Mount Carmel, on the western slopes of which lies the city of Haifa. Its eastern slopes reach the Jesreel Valey, and its southern ridges extend to Zichron Ya'akov.
